Mami's first official Mother's Day! I had the most wonderful day with Chris, Kurt and beautiful baby Isabella. We went to the "Las Canarias" restaurant at La Mansion del Rio Hotel in the Riverwalk for a late Sunday brunch. The food was fantastic (particularly the yummy waffles thanks to the Puerto Rican chef that mami befriended) and Bella behaved like a little angel. She ate turkey, carrots, mashed potatoes, veggie crackers, cheese and half of it even made it into her mouth (pic of messy floor NOT included!) Enjoy the pics of Isabella looking her cutest (mami and daddy not that bad either!) Kurt wants me to say that he was looking pretty hot as well...lol!

Summer is HERE!!!

As you may have noticed, we have been too busy this summer to post more often. The weather has been gorgeous lately, so Isabella has been spending a lot of time in her little "pool" out on the deck. She has been enjoying it so much, that mami and daddy finally splurged on a bigger baby-pool from Walmart (pics coming soon)! We joined "The Little Gym", so Bella is now "exercising" every Tuesday along with other babies. The neighborhood moms are also organizing weekly activities for all the moms and their babies...so far we have gone to several playgroups, the park and the zoo. It definitely will be a fun-packed summer!
